Description

qRNG is an open-source quantum random number generator written in python. It achieves this by using IBM's [QISKit](https://qiskit.org/) API to communicate with any one of their 3 publicly accessible quantum computers:

'ibmqx5'
'ibmqx_16_melborne'

Install

From pkgsrc-wip (no binary package):

cd /usr/pkgsrc/wip/py-qrng && make install clean
