This is the X11 video driver for NetBSD and OpenBSD wsdisplay framebuffer devices. This is from the modular X.org project.

From pkgsrc-wip (no binary package):

cd /usr/pkgsrc/wip/xf86-video-wsfb-dfbsd && make install clean
