Description
herbe is a daemon-less notification program that doesn't require D-Bus. herbe can fire simple text desktop notifications from anywhere for anything. It can be killed simply by sending the SIGKILL signal or by waiting 5 seconds.

Install
Binary package:
pkgin install herbeFrom pkgsrc:
