Description

tinyx-wscons: Mininal X11 from Tiny Core Linux supporting wscons(9).

This comes with a small memory footprint and high performance.

It lacks support for GL GLX and DRI. It is primarily targeted towards older hardware. It has support for 16 color up to true color displays.

Install

Binary package:

pkgin install tinyx-wscons

From pkgsrc:

cd /usr/pkgsrc/x11/tinyx-wscons && make install clean

*: add LDFLAGS overide that was previously in mk

This is a workaround and should be fixed properly per-package - they should use the pkgsrc LDFLAGS, but this restores what happened before the mk/ cleanup. Fixes relro build for packages that do not honor LDFLAGS. Package list provided by mef@, thanks! Workaround commit requested by bsiegert on tech-pkg.
