Description

open-ath9k-htc-firmware-k2 is the firmware which resides in RAM on the AR9271 NIC, developed for Qualcomm Atheros and released under a free license. It is used by athn(4) to provide wireless services.

Install

Binary package:

pkg_add open-ath9k-htc-firmware-k2

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/devel/open-ath9k-htc-firmware/k2 && make install
