Description

Newlib is a C library intended for use on embedded systems. It is a conglomeration of several library parts, all under free software licenses that make them easily usable on embedded products.

This port has been created to support development on embedded ARM systems but in theory, additional targets should be possible.

Install

Binary package:

pkg_add riscv-elf-newlib

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/devel/riscv-elf/newlib && make install
