Description
Lisu Bosa is a free and open Lisu font family. Lisu script, also known as Old Lisu or Fraser, was created in 1915 by Burmese preacher Sara Ba Thaw and modified in the 1930s by British missionary James Fraser. Invented in China to represent the Lisu language, the script travelled with speakers of the language as they emigrated to countries such as Myanmar, Thailand, and India.
Lisu Bosa supports the complete range of Unicode characters for the script. The name Bosa means "easily written."
