Description

gexiv2 is a GObject-based wrapper around the Exiv2 library. It makes the basic features of Exiv2 available to GNOME applications.

Install

Binary package:

pkg_add libgexiv2

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/graphics/libgexiv2 && make install

2026-09-16 313f2754f6 ajacoutot Install headers under a versioned directory (include/gexiv2-0.14) so that this package can coexist with graphics/gexiv2. Without this, include/gexiv2/ shadows the 0.16 headers for any consumer whose -I/usr/local/include precedes -I/usr/local/include/gexiv2-0.16 (like all Vala consumers).
