Simple filter for autoconverting widely used cyrillic encodings to KOI8-R

Install
Binary package:
pkg install ru-koi2koiFrom the ports tree:
cd /usr/ports/russian/koi2koi/ && make install cleanTo depend on this port in another port's Makefile:
