Description
Wcd is a command-line program to change directory fast. It saves time typing at the keyboard. One needs to type only a part of a directory name and wcd will jump to it. Wcd has a fast selection method in case of multiple matches and allows aliasing and banning of directories. Wcd also includes a full screen interactive directory tree browser with speed search.
Install
As a binary package — by origin, or by package name:
pkg install shells/wcd
pkg install wcdFrom the ports tree:
cd /usr/ports/shells/wcd/ && make install cleanTo depend on this port in another port's Makefile:
RUN_DEPENDS= wcd>0:shells/wcdPackages
The version each package repository carries. “-” means the repository builds no package of it, “n/a” that there is no such repository.
