Description
backupuser is a command line utility, which automates the creation of backups of a user's home directory. An accompanying utility lets a user verify the integrity of files on another storage device. Special backup options exist for the root user.
Install
As a binary package — by origin, or by package name:
pkg install sysutils/backupuser
pkg install backupuserFrom the ports tree:
cd /usr/ports/sysutils/backupuser/ && make install cleanTo depend on this port in another port's Makefile:
RUN_DEPENDS= backupuser>0:sysutils/backupuserPackages
