Description

dcfldd is an enhanced version of GNU dd with features useful for forensics and security. dcfldd has the following additional features:

  • Hashing on-the-fly
  • Status output
  • Flexible disk wipes
  • Image/wipe Verify
  • Multiple outputs
  • Split output
  • Piped output and logs

Install

Binary package:

pkg install dcfldd

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/sysutils/dcfldd/ && make install clean

To depend on this port in another port's Makefile:
