Description

The iPad charge port provide some simple devd scripts which can enable or disable charging on your iPad/iPod/iPhone when it is connected to the USB port on your PC.

Install

Binary package:

pkg install ipad_charge

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/sysutils/ipad_charge/ && make install clean

To depend on this port in another port's Makefile:

Service scripts: ipad_charge

Message after installing

1) add ipad_charge_enable="YES" and optionally
   ipad_charge_action="ON" (default) or "OFF" .

to your /etc/rc.conf

2) Please restart devd as the configuration changed

	# service devd restart
