Description

U-Boot loader and related files for the Pine64 Quartz-B

To install this bootloader on an sdcard just do:

dd if=/usr/local/share/u-boot/u-boot-quartz64-b/idbloader.img of=/path/to/sdcarddevice seek=64 bs=512 conv=sync dd if=/usr/local/share/u-boot/u-boot-quartz64-b/u-boot.itb of=/path/to/sdcarddevice seek=16384 bs=512 conv=sync

Install

As a binary package — by origin, or by package name:

pkg install sysutils/u-boot-quartz64-b
pkg install u-boot-quartz64-b

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/sysutils/u-boot-quartz64-b/ && make install clean

To depend on this port in another port's Makefile:

4989d5bddf Emmanuel Vadot sysutils/u-boot: Update to 2026.10
The project does not publish release tarballs on ftp.denx.de anymore, fetch newer releases from its GitLab instance. Older slave ports can still pin a tarball release. Use the new rkbin blobs for the RK3568 and RK3588 boards. Mark u-boot-beaglebone as broken: am335x does not resolve SYS_LOAD_ADDR and TEXT_BASE through the kconfig merge and the build hangs.
