Description

Docling Metrics Chemistry provides chemistry-specific evaluation metrics for the Docling metrics framework, including SMILES string comparison and Markush structure evaluation. It enables accuracy assessment of chemical structure extraction from documents.

In the other systems

The newest version among them is 0.10.0, as upstream numbers it.

Version history 1

  1. 0.10.0 868b6deef6

Upstream's version as each commit to the port's Makefile set it, or as this site first saw it in the system's packages; the tree's own revisions are not versions here.

Install

Binary package:

pkg install py312-docling-metrics-chemistry

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/textproc/py-docling-metrics-chemistry/ && make install clean

To depend on this port in another port's Makefile:

RUN_DEPENDS=	py312-docling-metrics-chemistry>0:textproc/py-docling-metrics-chemistry

Packages

The version each package repository carries. “-” means the repository builds no package of it, “n/a” that there is no such repository.

also: - fixed many tests and upstreamed fixes (their testsuite is in a disarray, we shouldn't really be fixing people's tests, but anyways) - discovered and fixed wrong clang detection in the code, reported upstream - fixed wrongfully excluded code that caused plist issues - fixed compiler crash on 16 (by using llvm:23)
