IANA language tags in Python

Description

language-tags is a Python API offers a way to validate and lookup languages tags.

Binary package:

pkg install py312-language-tags

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/textproc/py-language-tags/ && make install clean

To depend on this port in another port's Makefile:

RUN_DEPENDS=	py312-language-tags>0:textproc/py-language-tags
