Description

You can think of pss as an enhanced grep designed to search inside source code files. pss is very similar to the Perl ack tool (see https://github.com/eliben/pss/wiki/pss-and-ack).

Install

As a binary package — by origin, or by package name:

pkg install textproc/py-pss
pkg install py312-pss

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/textproc/py-pss/ && make install clean

To depend on this port in another port's Makefile:

RUN_DEPENDS=	py312-pss>0:textproc/py-pss

Packages

The version each package repository carries. “-” means the repository builds no package of it, “n/a” that there is no such repository.
