mongodb -- MongoDB may be susceptible to Invariant Failure in Transactions due Upsert Operation
· CVE-2025-10060 · VuXML entry
[email protected] reports: MongoDB Server may allow upsert operations retried within a transaction to violate unique index constraints, potentially causing an invariant failure and server crash during commit. This issue may be triggered by improper WriteUnitOfWork state management.
Affected versions
- mongodb60 < 6.0.25
- mongodb70 < 7.0.22
- mongodb80 < 8.0.12
By system
0 still vulnerable, 2 fixed. Where VuXML applies (FreeBSD, DragonFly, FreeBSD's derivatives) a port is vulnerable while its version is in a range; pkgsrc says itself whether it lists a CVE of this advisory; OpenBSD and MidnightBSD keep no list this site reads, so their row is only an estimate: FreeBSD's ranges applied to upstream's version.
| System | Port | Version | State | Fixed |
