Description

Implementation of http get that keeps a local cache of fetched pages to avoid fetching the same data from the server if it hasn't been updated. The cache is stored on disk and is thus persistent between invocations.

Install

Binary package:

pkg install p5-HTTP-Cache-Transparent

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/www/p5-HTTP-Cache-Transparent/ && make install clean

To depend on this port in another port's Makefile:

RUN_DEPENDS=	p5-HTTP-Cache-Transparent>0:www/p5-HTTP-Cache-Transparent
