Description

Speed up file transfers with the Hugging Face Hub.

hf-transfer is a power user tool intended to go beyond ~500MB/s on very high bandwidth networks, where Python cannot cap out the available bandwidth. It is not meant to be a general usability tool and purposefully lacks progress bars.

Install

Binary package:

pkg install py312-hf-transfer

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/www/py-hf-transfer/ && make install clean

To depend on this port in another port's Makefile:
