Description
Selenium Standalone Server allows browser testing. It automates browsers.
Selenium tests run directly in a browsers, just as real users do.
What you do with that power is entirely up to you. Primarily, it is for automating web applications for testing purposes, but is certainly not limited to just that.

Install
Binary package:
pkg install seleniumFrom the ports tree:
cd /usr/ports/www/selenium/ && make install cleanTo depend on this port in another port's Makefile:
RUN_DEPENDS= selenium>0:www/seleniumPackages

If using an older firefox version, you might want to use this in rc.conf selenium_args="-enablePassThrough false" Please look it up in the documentation if you are experiencing wierdness together with firefox
