Description

srandrd(1) is a tool that executes a command on xrandr output change events, i.e., if a monitor is plugged or unplugged. By default srandrd forks to background and exits if the xserver exits.

Install

As a binary package — by origin, or by package name:

pkg install x11/srandrd
pkg install srandrd

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/x11/srandrd/ && make install clean

To depend on this port in another port's Makefile:

RUN_DEPENDS=	srandrd>0:x11/srandrd
