Description
Biosoup is a C++ collection of header only data structures used for storage and logging in bioinformatics tools.

Install
Binary package:
pkg install biosoupFrom the ports tree:
cd /usr/ports/biology/biosoup/ && make install cleanTo depend on this port in another port's Makefile:
