Description
gopls (pronounced "Go please") is the official Go language server developed by the Go team. It provides IDE features to any LSP-compatible editor.
You should not need to interact with gopls directly---it will be automatically integrated into your editor. The specific features and settings vary slightly by editor, so we recommend that you proceed to the documentation for your editor below.
Install
As a binary package — by origin, or by package name:
pkg install devel/gopls
pkg install goplsFrom the ports tree:
cd /usr/ports/devel/gopls/ && make install cleanTo depend on this port in another port's Makefile:
RUN_DEPENDS= gopls>0:devel/goplsPackages
The version each package repository carries. “-” means the repository builds no package of it, “n/a” that there is no such repository.
