Description

Libev is a high-performance event loop/event model with lots of features. It is modelled (very loosely) after libevent and the Event perl module, but aims to be faster and more correct, and also more featureful. And also smaller.

Install

As a binary package — by origin, or by package name:

pkg install devel/libev
pkg install libev

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/devel/libev/ && make install clean

To depend on this port in another port's Makefile:

RUN_DEPENDS=	libev>0:devel/libev
LIB_DEPENDS=	libev.so:devel/libev
