Description

u-msgpack-python is a lightweight MessagePack serializer and deserializer module written in pure Python, compatible with both Python 2 and Python 3, as well as CPython and PyPy implementations of Python. u-msgpack-python is fully compliant with the latest MessagePack specification. In particular, it supports the new binary, UTF-8 string, application-defined ext, and timestamp types.

Install

As a binary package — by origin, or by package name:

pkg install devel/py-u-msgpack-python
pkg install py312-u-msgpack-python

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/devel/py-u-msgpack-python/ && make install clean

To depend on this port in another port's Makefile:

RUN_DEPENDS=	py312-u-msgpack-python>0:devel/py-u-msgpack-python
