Description
Daphne is a HTTP, HTTP2 and WebSocket protocol server for ASGI and ASGI-HTTP, developed to power Django Channels.
It supports automatic negotiation of protocols; there's no need for URL prefixing to determine WebSocket endpoints versus HTTP endpoints.
Install
As a binary package — by origin, or by package name:
pkg install www/py-daphne
pkg install py312-daphneFrom the ports tree:
cd /usr/ports/www/py-daphne/ && make install cleanTo depend on this port in another port's Makefile:
RUN_DEPENDS= py312-daphne>0:www/py-daphnePackages
