Description

Go is an open source programming environment that makes it easy to build simple, reliable, and efficient software.

This is a meta port for the default version of Go. It provides symbolic links for go and gofmt that point toward the respective binaries installed by whichever version of Go you have selected as your default.

Install

As a binary package — by origin, or by package name:

pkg install lang/go
pkg install go

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/lang/go/ && make install clean

To depend on this port in another port's Makefile:

RUN_DEPENDS=	go>0:lang/go

Packages

The version each package repository carries. “-” means the repository builds no package of it, “n/a” that there is no such repository.
