Description

ARPACK-NG is a collection of Fortran77 subroutines designed to solve large-scale eigenvalue problems. It is a fork of the Rice University ARPACK, and is jointly-maintained by Debian, Octave, and Scilab.

Install

As a binary package — by origin, or by package name:

pkg install math/arpack-ng
pkg install arpack-ng-mpich

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/math/arpack-ng/ && make install clean

To depend on this port in another port's Makefile:

RUN_DEPENDS=	arpack-ng-mpich>0:math/arpack-ng
LIB_DEPENDS=	libarpack.so:math/arpack-ng
