Description

qrupdate is a Fortran library for fast updates of QR and Cholesky decomposition. It was originally part of GNU-Octave.

Install

As a binary package — by origin, or by package name:

pkg install math/qrupdate
pkg install qrupdate

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/math/qrupdate/ && make install clean

To depend on this port in another port's Makefile:

RUN_DEPENDS=	qrupdate>0:math/qrupdate
LIB_DEPENDS=	libqrupdate.so:math/qrupdate
