Description

DBD::MariaDB is the Perl5 Database Interface driver for MariaDB and MySQL databases. In other words: DBD::MariaDB is an interface between the Perl programming language and the MariaDB/MySQL programming API that comes with the MariaDB/MySQL relational database management system. Most functions provided by this programming API are supported.

## Summary - Add `databases/p5-DBD-MariaDB` at upstream version 1.24, using the local FreeBSD port as the import base. - Provide MariaDB 10.6, 11.4, 11.8, and 12.3 flavors. Each depends on its matching client package, allowing the driver to be installed alongside that server series. - Adapt maintainer, license identifiers, and fake staging for MidnightBSD. ## Validation - `bmake makesum`, `patch`, `check-license`, build, `fake`, `makeplist`, `package`, and `test` passed for the 11.8 and 12.3 flavors on MidnightBSD 4.2/amd64. - Both packages record the matching MariaDB client, DBI, and Perl dependencies. The built XS modules load against their staged client libraries and contain no temporary RPATH. - All four flavors resolve to the intended client origins. `portlint -C` …
