Description
libgweather is a library to access weather information from online services for numerous locations.
libgweather isn't supported in the devel platform, which means OS vendors won't guarantee the API/ABI long-term, but authors of open source apps should feel free to use libgweather as users can always recompile against a new version.

Lucas Holt | net/libgweather4: update to 4.6.0 (#1246) Updates libgweather4 from 4.5.0 to 4.6.0.
- Retains PORTREVISION=0.
- Updates the staged library micro-version; SONAME remains
libgweather-4.so.0.
Validation: bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, package, test (existing
NO_TEST), check-license, and git diff --check.
No dependent rebuilds are needed because the SONAME is unchanged.

Lucas Holt | net/libgweather4: update to 4.5.0 (#1227) Updates libgweather4 to 4.5.0 and separates the locations database into
the new net/gweather-locations runtime/build dependency (PR #1226).
Validation: makesum, patch, build, fake, package, test (pre-existing
NO_TEST), check-license, portlint -C (0 fatal), and git diff --check.
The build/package validation used the staged gweather-locations package
from #1226; the normal dependency path will resolve after that PR
merges.

Lucas Holt | *: bump PORTREVISION for the textproc/libxml2 2.15 shared library change (#848) `textproc/libxml2` 2.15 changed SONAME from `libxml2.so.2` to
`libxml2.so.16` **and** removed ELF symbol versioning entirely — the new
library defines no `LIBXML2_*` versions at all. Consumers built against
the old library were never rebuilt, so they still record a dependency on
`libxml2.so.2` plus version requirements nothing can satisfy, and fail
at load time:
