Description
bsoup is an HTTP client/server library for GNOME. It uses GObjects and the glib main loop, to integrate well with GNOME applications, and also has a synchronous API, for use in threaded applications.
Features include: * Both asynchronous (GMainLoop and callback-based) and synchronous APIs * Automatically caches connections * SSL Support using GnuTLS * Proxy support, including authentication and SSL tunneling * Client support for Digest and Basic authentication * Server support for Digest and Basic authentication

libsoup 3.7.3 installs
`include/libsoup-3.0/libsoup/soup-compression-dictionary-request.h`, and
`soup.h` includes it (`#include
<libsoup/soup-compression-dictionary-request.h>`), but the plist never
listed it. Packages built since the 3.7.3 update don't ship it, so any
port compiling against libsoup3 fails at `#include <libsoup/soup.h>`.
- Add the header to pkg-plist.
- Bump PORTREVISION so the fixed package replaces the broken one.
## Testing
- `bmake package` on master reported
`soup-compression-dictionary-request.h is missing from the plist`; with
this change fake reports no missing files.
- Package `libsoup3-3.7.3_1` built and installed on stargazer via
mport.update; `mport verify` clean; the header is present.
- portlint -C: no new findings (only the work-dir notice).

Lucas Holt | *: bump PORTREVISION for the textproc/libxml2 2.15 shared library change (#848) `textproc/libxml2` 2.15 changed SONAME from `libxml2.so.2` to
`libxml2.so.16` **and** removed ELF symbol versioning entirely — the new
library defines no `LIBXML2_*` versions at all. Consumers built against
the old library were never rebuilt, so they still record a dependency on
`libxml2.so.2` plus version requirements nothing can satisfy, and fail
at load time:
