Description
WebKitGTK+ is a full-featured port of the WebKit rendering engine, suitable for projects requiring any kind of web integration, from hybrid HTML/CSS applications to full-fledged web browsers. Lucas Holt | www/webkit2-gtk: drop the 4.0 (libsoup2) flavor (#1952) ## Summary
WebKitGTK 2.52 removed libsoup2 support, so the `@40` flavor
(webkit2gtk-4.0 API, `USE_SOUP2`) can no longer build. This drops it:
- `FLAVORS= 60 41`
- `libsoup-3.0.so:devel/libsoup3` moves into the common `LIB_DEPENDS`;
the 4.1 library versions move into the GTK 3 branch.
The 41 and 60 flavors are unchanged, so there is no PORTREVISION bump.
**Draft until the remaining `@40` consumers merge**; otherwise INDEX
generation hits flavor errors:

Lucas Holt | www/webkit2-gtk: fix plist and library versions for 2.52.0 (#1918) ## Summary
The 2.52.0 update (#1381) left the API 4.1 library versions and the
shared `pkg-plist` at their 2.46 values. Flavor 41 therefore compiles
but fails at `fake` ("Fake failed.": 41 files missing from the plist, 3
not installed). graphics/qgis needs `webkit2-gtk@41` through
`databases/grass8` -> `x11-toolkits/wxgtk32` (WEBKIT option), so this
blocks the qgis Qt6 update, which is the last piece of the qt5-webengine
removal.

`libxml2.so.16` **and** removed ELF symbol versioning entirely — the new
