This provides session management for the GNOME desktop, and provides the tools used to start the desktop.

Lucas Holt | x11/gnome-session: roll back to 50.1 (#1621) Rolls `x11/gnome-session` back from 51.0 to **50.1** (latest 50.x).
Parts of GNOME 51 can't be updated yet because they depend on systemd,
which BSD systems lack, so this keeps it in line with the 50.x stack.
Companion to #1619 (gnome-user-docs) and #1620 (gnome-settings-daemon).
This port was never on 50.x in the tree (49.3 went straight to 51.0), so
it needed more than a version change:
- `PORTVERSION=50.1` with `PORTEPOCH=1`; `PORTSCOUT=limit:^50\.`
- **Patches:** 50.x still has the `GsmSystem` GInterface and always
builds `gsm-systemd.c`. The 51.0 patches assume the newer `GsmSystem`
subclass API and don't compile here, so this brings back the 49.3-era
patch set (including `gsm-systemd.c` and `gsm-util.[ch]`) and keeps only
the 51.0 `data/meson.build` patch.

- Refresh Meson/systemd option handling for MidnightBSD
- Preserve ConsoleKit session tracking and non-systemd build
- Remove obsolete upstream patches and refresh plist for new binaries
Validation: bmake makesum patch build fake package test check-license;
package/test were validated in a clean detached worktree. The upstream
project defines no tests.
