Description

Open source implementation of High-throughput JPEG2000 (HTJ2K), also known as JPH, JPEG2000 Part 15, ISO/IEC 15444-15, and ITU-T T.814. Here, we are interested in implementing the HTJ2K only, supporting features that are defined in JPEG2000 Part 1 (for example, for wavelet transform, only reversible 5/3 and irreversible 9/7 are supported).

Install

Binary package:

pkgin install OpenJPH

From pkgsrc:

cd /usr/pkgsrc/graphics/OpenJPH && make install clean

OpenJPH: update to 0.32.0.

Many updates/PRs have been merged into this release. This is slightly rushed to go along with the next release of OpenEXR; in particular, I am adding an experimental non-linearity, NLT type 4 #356, which is not part of the standard -- if you do not need it, please do not use it.

OpenJPH: update to 0.31.0.

This release has a few fixes, new features, and many people contributed to it. Importantly, this release adds Qfactor. This release however breaks API and ABI.
