Description

WebKit is an open source web browser engine. WebKit is also the name of the Mac OS X system framework version of the engine that's used by Safari, Dashboard, Mail, and many other OS X applications. WebKit's HTML and JavaScript code began as a branch of the KHTML and KJS libraries from KDE.

This is the GTK3 port of the engine, API version 4.1.

Install

Binary package:

pkgin install webkit-gtk41

From pkgsrc:

02398072a6 gdt www/webkit-gtk41: In bl3, c++23 instead of gcc13
to express the real requirement, and more importantly match the build. I should have included this in the recent change to Makefile.common. (Using gcc14 to build the package and having depending packages (that aren't c++23) be forced to 13 asks for version-skew trouble, and imposes the cost of another gcc version.)
