Description
The Blue Obelisk Data Repository lists many important chemoinformatics data such as element and isotope properties, atomic radii, etc. including references to original literature. Developers can use this repository to make their software interoperable.
Install
As a binary package — by origin, or by package name:
pkg install science/bodr
pkg install bodrFrom the ports tree:
cd /usr/ports/science/bodr/ && make install cleanTo depend on this port in another port's Makefile:
RUN_DEPENDS= bodr>0:science/bodrPackages
The version each package repository carries. “-” means the repository builds no package of it, “n/a” that there is no such repository.
