Description

mmcif includes a native Python mmCIF API for data files and dictionaries along with pybind11 wrappers for the PDB C++ Core mmCIF Library.

Install

Binary package:

pkg install py312-mmcif

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/science/py-mmcif/ && make install clean

To depend on this port in another port's Makefile:
