Description
The python implementation of the MMTF API, decoder and encoder.
The macromolecular transmission format (MMTF) is a binary encoding of biological structures.
Install
As a binary package — by origin, or by package name:
pkg install science/py-mmtf-python
pkg install py312-mmtf-pythonFrom the ports tree:
cd /usr/ports/science/py-mmtf-python/ && make install cleanTo depend on this port in another port's Makefile:
RUN_DEPENDS= py312-mmtf-python>0:science/py-mmtf-pythonPackages
