Description

Prototype work for a unified API for writing Proteomics Standards Initiative standardized formats for mass spectrometry:

  1. mzML
  2. mzIdentML
  3. mzMLb

Install

Binary package:

pkg install py312-psims

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/science/py-psims/ && make install clean

To depend on this port in another port's Makefile:

RUN_DEPENDS=	py312-psims>0:science/py-psims
