Description
PyNWB is a Python package for working with NWB (Neurodata Without Borders) data. It provides a high-level API for efficiently working with neurophysiology data stored in the NWB format.
Install
Binary package:
pkg install py312-pynwbFrom the ports tree:
cd /usr/ports/science/py-pynwb/ && make install cleanTo depend on this port in another port's Makefile:
