Description

conmon is a command-line program for monitoring and managing the lifecycle of containers that follow the Open Container Initiative (OCI) format.

Install

Binary package:

pkg install conmon

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/sysutils/conmon/ && make install clean

To depend on this port in another port's Makefile:

RUN_DEPENDS=	conmon>0:sysutils/conmon

Message after installing

To properly support Podman's container restart policy, conmon needs fdescfs(5)
to be mounted on /dev/fd.

If /dev/fd is not already mounted:

	mount -t fdescfs fdesc /dev/fd

To make it permanent, add the following line to /etc/fstab:

	fdesc	/dev/fd		fdescfs		rw	0	0
