Description

proxpi is a PyPI caching mirror. It proxies and caches package indexes and file downloads from an upstream Python package index (PyPI or a private index), reducing redundant downloads and allowing installs to continue during upstream index outages.

Install

Binary package:

pkg install py312-proxpi

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/www/py-proxpi/ && make install clean

requests-file < 2.1.0 doesn't set Response.request in FileAdapter.send(), causing AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'url' in _cache.py when proxpi is configured with a file:// index or extra index URL.
