Description

Disman is a display management service and library.

The service can communicate with the X11 windowing system and a multitude of Wayland compositors. The library provides convenient objects and methods for writing frontend GUI applications that interact with the service.

Additionally the command line utility "dismanctl" is provided to query and modify display settings directly from the command line.

Install

As a binary package — by origin, or by package name:

pkg install x11/disman
pkg install disman

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/x11/disman/ && make install clean

To depend on this port in another port's Makefile:

RUN_DEPENDS=	disman>0:x11/disman
LIB_DEPENDS=	libdisman.so:x11/disman
