ai/py-mistral-vibe: update to 2.25.0 (#835)

Update mistral-vibe from 2.16.1 to 2.25.0. Dependency floors raised to match upstream: agent-client-protocol 0.11.0, giturlparse 0.15.0, mcp 1.28.1, mistralai 2.6.0, tree-sitter 0.26.0, textual 8.2.8. New runtime dependencies: rfc8785 (2.24.5), sentry-sdk (2.19.0) and setproctitle (2.24.5). All three are genuinely imported by the sources. files/patch-textual-6.12 is removed. It existed only to back-port vibe onto textual 6.12; vibe targets the textual 8 API natively, and textproc/py-textual is updated to 8.2.8 alongside this. vibe-app-server added to the console script handling: 2.25.0 ships a third entry point. post-patch added to relax the [build-system] pins. Upstream now pins hatchling, hatch-vcs and editables to exact versions (2.16.1 left them …

ai: add new category and move AI/ML ports from misc

Create the ai category (Artificial intelligence and machine learning) and relocate 42 AI/ML ports from misc into it. - Register ai in Mk/bsd.mport.mk VALID_CATEGORIES and the top-level Makefile - Add ai/Makefile; drop the moved entries from misc/Makefile (also removes the stale linux-claude SUBDIR left over from the claude-code rename) - git mv 42 ports and set their primary CATEGORIES to ai - Rewrite misc/<port> dependency origins to ai/<port> in external dependents (devel/py-beartype, math/py-faiss, multimedia/py-torchcodec, textproc/py-tokenizers) and among the moved ports themselves - Record the origin migrations in MOVED Ports moved: chatgpt-shell-cli, claude-code, claude-code-legacy, clawhub, codex, gemini-cli, github-copilot-cli, grok-cli, lean-ctx, llama-cpp, ollama, …
