Fix Magus run 648 port ID 2261568. Remove duplicate staging-root prefixes from documentation installation and dynamic plist generation. Validation: patch, build, fake, and package completed with the matching PostgreSQL version and DISABLE_CONFLICTS=yes; git diff --check passed.
