Lucas Holt | databases/postgresql18-docs: fix fake-stage paths (#1522) Fix Magus run 648 port ID 2261592. The docs install and dynamic plist
hooks applied STAGEDIR to paths already adjusted for the fake root.
Validation: build, fake, and package completed with _PGSQL_VER=18 and
DISABLE_CONFLICTS=yes; git diff --check passed. Analyzer assessment:
partially supported because it identified a plist mismatch but missed
the duplicated staging root.
