Lucas Holt | databases/postgresql16-docs: fix fake-stage paths (#1532) Fix Magus run 648 port ID 2261576. Remove duplicate staging-root
prefixes from documentation installation and dynamic plist generation.
Validation: patch, build, fake, and package completed with the matching
PostgreSQL version and DISABLE_CONFLICTS=yes; git diff --check passed.

symptom but missed the staging-path cause.
