Description

Erlang is a programming language used to build massively scalable soft real-time systems with requirements on high availability. Some of its uses are in telecoms, banking, e-commerce, computer telephony and instant messaging. Erlang's runtime system has built-in support for concurrency, distribution and fault tolerance.

This port contains a standalone runtime environment of Erlang 25 to be used during the development of OTP applications.

9be0127d32 Lucas Holt lang/erlang-runtime25: let os_mon and public_key run on MidnightBSD (#1839)
`os:type()` reports `{unix, midnightbsd}`, which OTP doesn't recognize. This is the same fix as #1835 (lang/erlang-runtime28), found when databases/couchdb3 (#1836) aborted at startup. **Problems on stock OTP:** - `disksup`, `memsup` and `cpu_sup` exit with `{unsupported_os, {unix, midnightbsd}}`, which kills the `os_mon` application and anything that depends on it. - `public_key:cacerts_get()` returned `{failed_load_cacerts, enotsup}` instead of reading the BSD paths (`/etc/ssl/cert.pem`, the ca_root_nss bundle), so TLS clients using the OS store failed. - `inet_config` skips `/etc/host.conf`. **Fix:** each `os_mon` module gets an `mbsd_os_type()` helper that maps midnightbsd to freebsd, used in place of `os:type()`. The other modules …
